Service Excellence Workshop – May 3, 2012

All library personnel are encouraged to attend on Thursday, May 3rd, 2012 one of two information sessions that will give details on the current campus-wide Service Excellence initiative.

The information session will introduce participants to the Service Excellence Program, including
·    Why it’s important to provide excellent service
·    Expectations & perceptions of our service users
·    Overview of the Uwindsor Standards
·    What tends to get in the way of excellent service
·    Applying the Uwindsor Standards

Marcela Ciampa – Manager, Employee Engagement & Development will be conducting both sessions, offered from 1-2pm and from 2-3pm to ensure as many people as possible can attend.

Please speak to your department head about attending a session; also please let Karen Pillon know by April 24th if you’ll be in attendance which will help with the organization.
